Fox Run Veterinary Hospital

HB&A was thrilled to embark on a new design avenue, of a veterinary hospital and doggie daycare in Monument, CO. The project’s schematic design options were developed from the client provided concept plans. The initial steps included surveying the site location and then providing a site plan to accommodate the client’s goal of a two phased project. The first phase encompassed the two-story 4,760 SF veterinary clinic, with the main floor hosting most clinic services and the second-story accommodating the cat loft, office space, and mechanical rooms. The second phase would add an additional 2,000 SF doggie daycare and kennel facility. The development plan incorporated both phases of the project, taking into consideration the requirements for the full build-out including parking for staff and clients, drive-up drop-off lanes, and landscaping.
