PROGRAMMING

Defining requirements for organizations encompassing current operations and future use. Layout ideal or prototypical approach to quantify vision into facility requirements.

DESIGN

All aspects of architectural design of new construction and/or renovations, of whole buildings or additions – concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Designs include verification of needed space, stakeholder interviews and Value Engineering, when necessary.

CONSTRUCTION

Providing execution and oversight of construction contracts during the pre-construction and construction administration phase. Answering RFIs, site visits, and attending OAC meetings.

ASSESSMENT

Review existing conditions, space use, analysis, studies, and assessments of buildings and sites, recently included are LiDAR 3-D scanning options.

PLANNING

Determining efficient use of current or planned facilities, including infrastructure and sustainability to provide the best benefit to the client. Other services include charrette facilitation, public outreach, determining land use, and crafting guidelines and standards for development, in which all or part are included in various planning documents (master plans, district plans, area development plans, etc.).

SITE

Analyze site conditions with forward-thinking planning and development scenarios that clearly defines stakeholder needs for current or long-range planning actions.
