HB&A helped bring the vision of this multi-family housing development from an idea into a thriving community. The developer wanted to provide affordable housing for a typical working class family or retiree, while incorporating a strong sense of community and feeling of home. The site allows easy access to several main thoroughfares, numerous large and small employers, and retail shopping areas.

The site design includes a community center, playground, shared backyards, a perimeter walking trail, dog park, and sledding hill. The site layout also provides connectivity to the surrounding areas with access to biking and hiking trails, public transit, private and public roadways. When completed, the entire development will include 49 buildings for a total of 223 units with a community center.
